戴云山自然保护区罗浮栲的蛀干天牛种类及为害特征

摘　　要：[目的]明确为害戴云山自然保护区罗浮栲林分的蛀干害虫种类及为害特征,为准确识别害虫与科学防治提供依据。[方法]通过实地调查,辅以无人机观测,并结合不定期枯死木套笼观察,记录罗浮栲林分蛀干害虫的为害特征,并对采集的蛀干害虫进行鉴定。[结果]戴云山自然保护区内罗浮栲林分存在4种蛀干害虫,分别为后刺拟棘天牛(Neacanista retrospinosa)、紫缘长绿天牛(Chloridolum lameeri)、红腹柄天牛(Aphrodisium faldermannii rufiventris)和皱绿柄天牛(A.gibbicolle)。其中,后刺拟棘天牛占采集天牛总数的81.1%,为优势种群;4种天牛在形态学上差异明显,易于区分;4种天牛幼虫均蛀食韧皮部和木质部,但蛀干特征有一定的差异,也可作为初步鉴别害虫种类的参考依据。[结论]戴云山自然保护区内罗浮栲林分目前遭受多种蛀干天牛的危害。其中,红腹柄天牛的危害相较本世纪初明显减弱;新发现了紫缘长绿天牛和皱绿柄天牛;后刺拟棘天牛种群数量较高,已造成严重损失,是当前防治的重点。[Purpose]The study aimed to clarify the species composition of trunk borers in Castanopsis faberi forests and their damage characteristics in Daiyunshan National Nature Reserve,so as to provide theoretical support for its accurate identification and integrated pest management.[Method]Pest damages within Castanopsis faberi forest was firstly evaluated though field investigation assisted with drone observation.After locating the damaged individuals,the characteristics of borers were recorded and dynamically monitored by cage observation of dead woods.[Result]Four species of Cerambycidae were detected in the Castanopsis faberi stands,including Neacanista retrospinosa,Chloridolum lameeri,Aphrodisium faldermannii rufiventris and A.gibbicolle.N.retrospinosa was the dominant population,accounting for 81.1%of the borers sampled during the investigation.The 4 species of longicorn beetles can be distinguished from one another easily based on their noticeable morphological differences,and the distinguishment was further supported by the differences in trunk damage despite that all the larvae tunneled into the phloem and xylem of the trunk.[Conclusion]The Castanopsis faberi forests in Daiyunshan National Reserve were heavily damaged from the 4 kinds of longicorn beetles.The pest damage arisen from A.faldermannii rufiventris was lessened compared with the situation at the beginning of 21 century;Chloridolum lameeri and A.gibbicolle were the newly recorded hazard in this region;it′s worth noting that the population of N.retrospinosa have maintained a high level since 2015,which should be the focus of prevention and control.
