乡贤助力提升农户创业意愿了吗?——参与合作社与未参与合作社的差异

摘　　要：文章使用江西农业大学江西省乡村振兴战略研究院课题组(2021)的调查数据,利用倾向得分匹配法评估乡贤助力对农户创业意愿的影响,并对参与合作社与未参与合作社农户进行不同组别之间的分析。具体来说,“是否愿意创业”与“预期乡贤助力后是否愿意创业”分别用以评估分析横向现实农户创业意愿和纵向预期农户创业意愿。结果表明:乡贤助力对横向现实农户创业意愿与纵向预期农户创业意愿有显著的提升,但不同组别的结论具有差异性。横向现实农户创业意愿方面,乡贤助力对参与合作社农户的创业意愿提升更大;纵向预期农户创业意愿方面,乡贤助力对参与合作社农户的创业意愿的影响几近于无。由此反思,未参与合作社的农户创业可持续性以及质量有待进一步探讨和分析,应正确引导未参与合作社农户,使其切实感受合作社的积极作用,而如何破解参与合作社农户的发展困境以及提升其纵向预期农户创业意愿,是乡贤助力乡村振兴所面临的普遍而关键的问题。This paper used the survey data of the project of“Strategies of Jiangxi Rural Revitalization Research”studied by Jiangxi Agricultural University(2021)and conducted the propensity score matching method to evaluate the influence of village elites’as⁃sistance on farmers’entrepreneurial willingness,and make a group comparison between farmers who participate in cooperatives and those who do not.Specifically,“whether they are willing to start a business”is used to measure the horizontal reality of farm⁃ers’entrepreneurial willingness,and“whether they are willing to start a business with the expected help from local talents”is used to measure the vertical expectation of farmers’entrepreneurial willingness.The results show that the assistance of village elites has shown a significant improvement both in the horizontal reality and vertical expected willingness of sample farmers.However,the group comparative conclusions show a different trend:in the aspect of horizontal reality of farmers’entrepreneurial willingness,the village elites’assistance plays a great role in cooperative farmers,while in terms of vertical expectation of farmers’entrepreneurial willingness,the influence of the assistance of village elites is almost zero.Therefore,the sustainability and quality of entrepreneur⁃ship of farmers who do not participate in cooperatives need to be further discussed and analyzed,and how to solve the development dilemma of farmers who participate in cooperatives and improve their vertical expectation of entrepreneurial willingness of farmers are common and key problems faced by rural revitalization.
