弥漫性泛细支气管炎合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的护理

摘　　要：报告1例弥漫性泛细支气管炎合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的护理实践体会。针对患者急性期由于低氧血症和高碳酸血症导致的呼吸困难、痰液黏稠不易咳出、特殊的病理组织学改变导致的呼吸功能损害等问题,采取针对性氧疗策略、特异性排痰技术、制订分阶段呼吸功能锻炼方案等措施。经过16 d精心治疗和护理,患者好转出院。To summarize the practical experience of nursing in patients with diffuse panbronchiolitis.The patient had dyspnea because of hypoxemia and hepercapnia,respiratory dysfunction because of sputum coughing difficulty and specific histopathological changes.The main points of nursing included:taking targeted oxygen therapy strategy and implementing precise expectoration technology,staged respiratory function exercises.The patient was improved and discharged from the hospital 16 days later.
