新加坡高校图书馆用户义务性规范探析

摘　　要：文章选取新加坡12所高校图书馆为样本,通过网络调查其用户义务性规范并进行比较分析。新加坡高校图书馆用户义务性规范主要涉及出入馆、馆内行为举止、纸质资源利用、电子资源利用、馆内设施与物品使用、尊重与保护著作权、尊重人权七个方面。究其现状,为我国图书馆相关规范的完善建言献策。This paper selects 12 university libraries in Singapore as a sample,conducts a network investigation on their user obligatory norms and comparative analysis.The obligatory norms of users in Singapore university libraries mainly involve seven aspects:entry and exit;behavior in the library;use of paper resources;use of electronic resources;use of facilities and articles in the library;respect and protection of copyrights;respect for human rights.To study the current situation,it will provide suggestions for the improvement of the relevant norms of libraries in China.
