摘　　要：工程项目在建设过程中离不开工程机械设备管理的支持,为确保机械设备在施工时的顺利使用,必须实施有效的工程机械设备管理工作,对工程项目的施工质量也会产生重要影响。文章对工程机械设备管理现状进行分析,同时针对其中存在的问题提出改进策略。During the construction process of a construction project,the support of construction machinery and equipment management is inseparable.In order to ensure the smooth use of machinery and equipment during construction,effective construction machinery and equipment management must be implemented,which will also have an important impact on the construction quality of the project.This article analyzes the current situation of construction machinery and equipment management,and proposes improvement strategies for the existing problems.
