摘　　要：文章站在实践的视角,通过文献分析、实地访谈等方法,分析、归纳核电工程中HSE培训管理体系运行的实践现状和存在的问题。针对这些问题,分析HSE培训管理体系不能有效运行、无法取得预期培训效果的深层次原因,并针对存在的问题提出了优化及改进建议,以改善HSE培训管理,提高培训效果,为后续项目HSE培训管理提供可以借鉴的范式。From the perspective of practice,this paper analyzes and summarizes the practical status and existing problems of HSE training management system operation in nuclear power engineering through literature analysis,field interviews and other methods.In response to these problems,this paper analyzes the deep-seated reasons why the HSE training management system cannot operate effectively and cannot achieve the expected training effect,and puts forward optimization and improvement suggestions for the existing problems,so as to improve the HSE training management,improve the training effect,and provides a paradigm that can be used for reference for the follow-up project HSE training management.
