摘  要:为了探讨转移因子(TF)对肉鸡增重及细胞因子的影响,试验将随机选取的200只1日龄健康肉鸡分为4组,1~3组自5日龄开始灌服不同剂量的TF,分别为0.1 mL/只(T1组)、0.25 mL/只(T2组)、1 mL/只(T3组),第4组为空白对照(不灌服TF,CK组)。每次连续灌服7 d,间隔7 d后再次灌服,共灌服3次。在每个灌服期末,即第12,26,40日龄进行称重,采血检测白细胞介素2(IL-2)、肌肉生长抑制素(MSTN)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的含量,利用DPS 2000软件进行统计学分析,Origin 9.0软件进行相关性分析,并选择使肉鸡增重最明显的TF剂量进行田间推广试验。结果表明:给肉鸡灌服TF后,T1~T3组的平均体重在第26,40日龄均明显高于CK组,尤其是在第40日龄时,T1~T3组与CK组比较差异显著(P<0.05);T1~T3组IL-2的分泌量比CK组显著增加(P<0.05),而MSTN和TGF-β1的分泌量显著减少(P<0.05);IL-2含量和体重之间呈正相关,而MSTN、TGF-β1含量和体重之间呈负相关;TF应用组肉鸡体重比空白组提高4.12%。说明连续使用TF具有明显的增重效应,且与细胞因子的调控密切相关。In order to explore the effects of transfer factor(TF)on weight gain and cytokines of broilers, two hundred one-day-old healthy broilers were randomly selected and divided into four groups. From 5 days of age, experimental chickens were given different doses of TF, 0.1 mL/animal(T1 group)、0.25 mL/animal(T2 group)、1 mL/animal(T3 group), and blank control(no TF, CK group). Each group was given continuously for 7 days, and then again after an interval of 7 days, for 3 times in total. At the end of each feeding period(day 12, 26, and 40), all chickens were weighed and blood samples were collected to detect the contents of interleukin 2(IL-2), myostatin(MSTN) and transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1). DPS2000 software was used for statistical analysis, and Origin 9.0 software was used for correlation analysis and choose the TF dose with the most obvious weight gain for field promotion experiment. The results showed as follows: after TF administration, the average weight of broilers in the T1-T3 groups was significantly higher than that in the CK group on the 26 th and 40 th days, especially on the 40 th day and there was significant difference between T1-T3 groups and CK group(P<0.05). The secretion of IL-2 in T1-T3 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05), while the secretion of MSTN and TGF-β1 were significantly decreased(P<0.05). Il-2 content was positively correlated with body weight, while MSTN and TGF-β1 content was negatively correlated with body weight. Compared with the CK group, the weight of broilers in the TF group was increased by 4.12%, showing a significant weight gain effect. The results indicated that continuous use of TF had obvious weight gain effect and was closely related to the regulation of cytokines.
