基于中医体质学探讨溃疡性结肠炎的防治

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)因其发病率增高,病情迁延不愈,重症和暴发性病例增多,已成为临床疑难病种。中医体质学作为指导疾病预防和治疗的一门学科,已广泛应用到临床各科疾病的防治当中。文章从中医体质学的基本原理即“体质过程论”“禀赋遗传论”“心身构成论”和“环境制约论”四个方面出发,分析溃疡性结肠炎与中医体质的相关性,说明从体质角度防治溃疡性结肠炎的可行性。通过查阅文献发现溃疡性结肠炎好发于湿热质、气虚质、阳虚质等偏颇体质,提出对溃疡性结肠炎“未病调体防病,既病辨体论治”,以期为临床有效防治溃疡性结肠炎提供新的诊疗思路与方法。The incidence rate of Ulcerative Colitis(UC) is increasing, the condition is repeated, severe and outbreak patient is increasing, has became a clinical problem. Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Theory is a new discipline which guides the prevention and treatment of diseases, it has been widely used in the prevention and control of various diseases in clinical diseases. The article analyzes the relevance of ulcerative colitis and Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Theory through the “constitution process”, “genetic endowment”, “body-spirit composition” and “environmental constraint”, shows the feasibility of prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis from the point of view of physique. By consulting the literature, patients with ulcerative colitis are more likely occured to the wet and heat, the qi deficiency, the yang deficiency, and proposed to recuperate the physique to prevent the disease when not sick, and treatment by traditional Chinese medicine constitution. In order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical effective prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis.
