壮医药线点灸疗法对原发性痛经大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药线点灸疗法对原发性痛经大鼠PGF2α、NO、Ca^(2+)的影响,探讨壮医药线点灸疗法对原发性痛经大鼠模型的作用机理。方法:50只雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组,壮医药线点灸治疗组、阿司匹林组、当归芍药散组,持续干预7d,比较各组大鼠的扭体反应以及子宫匀浆中PGF2α、NO、Ca^(2+)表达水平。结果:正常对照组无扭体,与模型组相比,壮医药线点灸治疗组、阿司匹林组、当归芍药散组30 min扭体次数减少(P<0.01),且3组中壮医药线点灸治疗组体抑制率最高;壮医药线点灸治疗组、阿司匹林组、当归芍药散组扭体次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与正常组比较,壮医药线点灸治疗组、阿司匹林组、当归芍药散组大鼠PGF2α、NO、Ca^(2+)含量无统计学意义(P>0.05);与模型组比较,壮医药线点灸治疗组、阿司匹林组、当归芍药散组PGF2α、Ca^(2+)值显著降低,NO显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:壮医药线点线疗法治疗原发性痛经的作用机制可能与降低PGF2α、Ca^(2+)水平,升高NO水平有关。Objective To observe the effect of line point moxibustion with Zhuang medicine on PGF2α、NO and Ca^(2+) in rats with primary dysmenorrhea,and to explore the mechanism of line point moxibustion with Zhuang medicine on rats with primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 50 female SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,zhuang nationality thread moxibustion group,aspirin group,Danggui Shaoyao powder group.After continuous intervention for 7 days,the writhing reaction of each group and the expression levels of PGF2α、Ca^(2+) and NO in uterine homogenate were compared.Results There was no body twisting in the normal control group.Compared with the model group,the number of body twisting in 30min in the Zhuang medicine line-point moxibustion treatment group,the Aspirin treatment group and the Danggui Shaoyao powder group decreased P<0.01),and the torsion inhibition rate in the Zhuang medicine line-point moxibustion treatment group was the highest.There was no significant difference in the number of body writhing between Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion treatment group,aspirin group and Danggui Shaoyao powder group(P>0.05).Compared with the normal group,the contents of PGF2α、Ca^(2+) and NO in Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion treatment group,aspirin group and Danggui Shaoyao powder group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the model group,thePGF2α、Ca^(2+) value of Zhuang Medicine line-point moxibustion treatment group,Aspirin group and Danggui Shaoyao powder group was significantly decreased,and NO was significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion The mechanism of Zhuang medicine line point-line therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea may be related to the decrease of PGF2α、Ca^(2+) and increase of NO.
