摘 要:目的:为完善香椿皮质量标准提供依据。方法:按照《中国药典》2015年版方法,对香椿皮粉末进行显微观察,并对香椿皮水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物测定。结果:15批香椿皮药材粉末具有共同的明显的显微特征;水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分分别为6.4%~12.0%、5.5%~12.1%、0.2%~2.0%、19.1%~36.4%,平均值分别为10.5%、7.9%、0.6%、25.2%。结论:香椿皮药材粉末显微特征可为其定性鉴别提供依据,水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分和醇溶性浸出物的含量控制限可为其品质提供保障。因此,本研究可为香椿皮药材质量标准的完善提供实验依据。ObjectiveTo provide basis for improving quality standard for stem bark ofToona sinensis(A.Juss.)Roem,Xiangchunpi.MethodsAccording to the methods in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2015 edition),microscopic characteristics of Xiangchunpi powder was inspected via microscope.The moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and alcohol extract of 15 batches samples were determined.ResultsThe 15 batches of Xiangchunpi showed similar microscopic characteristics;the contents of moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash and alcohol extracts were 6.4%~12.0%,5.5%~12.1%,0.2%~2.0%and 19.1%~36.4%,respectively,and the average values were 10.5%,7.9%,0.6%and 25.2%,respectively.ConclusionThe microscopic characteristics of Xiangchunpi powder can provide the basis for its qualitative identification.The limits of moisture,ash,and extract provide guarantee for the quality of Xiangchunpi.Thus,this study can provide experimental basis for improving the quality standards of Xiangchunpi.
