秦国政教授基于“脾主升清”论治静脉性阳痿经验浅析

摘　　要：静脉性阳痿是男科常见疾病,而目前临床上单用西药治疗本病难以维持疗效,中医药治疗本病历史悠久,疗效显著,且副作用较少,文章总结了秦国政教授治疗静脉性阳痿的临证经验。秦国政教授认为,静脉性阳痿与脾升清功能失常密切相关,主张治疗本病应以健脾益气、升阳举陷为治法,基于此临床运用补中益气汤合升陷汤加减治疗静脉性阳痿取得良好效果。Venous impotence is a common disease in the male department. At present, it is difficult to maintain the curative effect of the clinical treatment with western medicine. Chinese medicine has a long history, remarkable curative effect and few side effects. This paper summarizes the empirical experience of Professor Qin Zheng in the treatment of venous impotence. Professor Qin Zheng believes that venous impotence is closely related to the abnormal spleen ascending function, and the treatment of this disease should strengthen the spleen and replenish qi and lift Yang subsidence. Based on this clinical use of tonifying qi decoction and reduction treatment has achieved good effect.
