摘　　要：通过使用Gleeble-3500热变形模拟机,对两种含铌成分不同的低碳微合金钢在不同温度参数下进行平面应变单道次压缩试验,观察其再结晶行为,同时通过轧制模拟应力应变曲线测试验证了模拟结果,从而为实际生产工艺参数的确定提供了依据。With the use of Gleeble-3500 thermal deformation simulator,two kinds of low carbon micro-alloyed steels with different niobium composition were tested in plane strain single pass compression test under different temperature parameters,and the recrystallization behavior was observed.At the same time,the simulation results were verified by the rolling simulation stress-strain curve test,which provided a basis for the determination of actual production process parameters.
