摘  要:为解决局部阴影遮挡导致太阳能电池阵列无法完全工作在最大功率点的问题,本文构造以太阳能电池-超级电容为基本单元的串联阵列,提出局部阴影条件下太阳能电池-超级电容串联阵列电流补偿方法。通过太阳能电池-超级电容充电/放电控制对太阳能电池的输出电流进行补偿,实现局部阴影条件下串联阵列不同输出电流的太阳能电池输出特性匹配,使阵列输出功率达到最大。仿真结果表明,所提局部阴影下太阳能电池-超级电容阵列电流补偿方法能够使阵列中的每个太阳能电池工作在最大功率点,实现了太阳能电池与超级电容“发电-储能”一体化协调控制。Due to the local shadow occlusion,the solar cells in an array cannot completely work at the maximum power point.To solve this problem,a solar cell-supercapacitor device(SCSD)is constructed as the basic unit of a series array in this paper,and a current compensation method for the SCSD series array under local shadow conditions is proposed.The output current of the solar cell is compensated through the charge/discharge control of the supercapacitor in the SCSD,and the solar cells with different output currents in the series array are matched to maximize the output power of the array under local shadow conditions.Simulation results show that the proposed current compensation method for SCSD under local shadow can make each solar cell in the array work at the maximum power point,thus achieving the coordinated control of“generation-storage”between solar cells and supercapacitors.
