摘　　要：旅游发展在解决地区贫困问题中发挥了重要作用,并成为该地区未来发展的重要手段和实施乡村振兴的重要路径选择。然而,乡村振兴战略下脱贫地旅游发展可能出现后续支撑不足引发的资源沉没风险、市场定位失准引发的经营风险以及过度卷入引发的依赖风险等“内卷化”风险,并可能带来降低居民福祉、延缓乡村振兴进程等危害。脱贫地旅游发展“内卷化”风险是脱贫地旅游发展更高诉求和内在既有局限相互作用产生的结果。对此,需要精准识别这些风险,并从认知定位、政策机制、产业发展三个层面防范和应对脱贫地旅游发展“内卷化”风险及其危害的发生。Tourism development has played an important role in solving the problem of regional poverty,and has become an important means for the future development of the region and an important path choice for the implementation of rural revitalization.However,tourism development in poverty elimination areas under the rural revitalization strategy may have various"involution"risks such as resource sinking risks caused by insufficient follow-up support,operational risks caused by inaccurate market positioning,and dependence risks caused by over-involvement.It will bring harms to poverty elimination areas,such as reducing the well-being of residents and delaying the process of rural revitalization.The"involution"risks of tourism development is the result of the interaction between higher demands and inherent limitations of tourism development in poverty elimination areas.In this regard,it is necessary to accurately identify these risks,and prevent and respond to the"involution"risks and hazards of tourism development in poverty elimination areas from the perspectives of cognitive positioning,policy mechanisms,and industrial development.
