摘 要:通过分析2015—2020年益阳市的空气指数特征和重污染的气象要素、天气形势,得到以下结论:2015—2020年益阳市重污染天数年均3 d,出现在12月至翌年2月,中度污染天数年均9 d,轻度污染天数年均52 d;AQI与PM_(2.5)年均值对应关系最好,PM_(10)、SO_(2)和O_(3)年均值相对应关系较好;AQI、PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)、CO、NO_(2)月均浓度逐月分布呈现两头高、中间低的特征,O_(3)月均浓度与之相反,呈现两头低、中间高的特征,SO_(2)呈现波动下降的趋势;无降水或弱降水、无日照或少日照、较高湿度、微风都是益阳市重污染日出现的气象要素;连续性重污染天气过程大部分是浅槽过境或者平直气流下,无日照、弱降水或无降水、风力小等静、稳条件,加之弱冷空气带来北风输入性污染叠加引发的,主要污染通道是湖北荆州带到常德而来的。By analyzing the characteristics of air index and the meteorological elements and weather situation of heavy pollution in Yiyang city from 2015 to 2020,the following conclusions are drawn:from 2015 to 2020,the days of heavy pollution in Yiyang city averaged 3 days per year,which occurred from December to February of the next year.The days of moderate pollution averaged 9 days per year,and the days of mild pollution averaged 52 days per year.The relationship between AQI and the annual mean value of PM_(2.5)was the best,and that between the annual mean value of PM_(10),SO_(2)and O_(3)was the best.The monthly average concentration of AQI,PM_(2.5),PM_(10),CO and NO_(2)in February presents the characteristics of high at both ends and low in the middle.On the contrary,the monthly average concentration of O_(3)presents the characteristics of low at both ends and high in the middle.SO_(2)presents a trend of fluctuation and decline.No precipitation or weak precipitation,no sunshine or less sunshine,high humidity and breeze were the meteorological elements of Yiyang heavy pollution days.Continuous heavy pollution weather processes were mostly caused by static and stable conditions,such as shallow trough transit or flat air flow,no sunshine,weak precipitation or no precipitation,low wind,coupled with weak cold air brought by the north wind input pollution superposition.The main pollution channel was brought from Jingzhou,Hubei province to Changde.
