新乡贤基层治理角色的差异化评价分析——以浙江省德清县新乡贤调查为例

摘　　要：乡贤是中国传统乡村社会一个重要群体,因其独特的社会地位与其在乡村社会中所发挥的作用历来成为我国乡村研究的重要主题。当前,这一群体以其新的面貌在乡村产业振兴和乡村治理中发挥着重要的作用随着我国乡村社会的转型和变迁.这一群体的构成及其面临的乡村环境均已发生变化.新乡贤需要变革群体架构、调整自身角色,迎合乡村建设的需要。经调查发现,不同乡村社会群体对新乡贤角色的认知角度不同,使得人们对新乡贤基层治理角色产生了差异化的评价,产生了对新乡贤角色定位不清晰、人们对其角色认同度不高等问题。本文选取浙江省德清县三个具有代表性的乡镇进行调查研究,从基层管理部门、村民及村委和乡贤本身三个层面厘清人们对新乡贤角色的作用的差异化评价,旨在剖析新乡贤参与基层治理的角色定位与乡村未来发展的助推作用。\illage sages is an important group in Chinese traditional niral society.Because of its unique social status and its role in rural society,it has always Become an important theme of rural research in China.At present,this group plays an important role in niral industrial revitalization and rural governance with its new appearance.With the transformation and change of China's rural society,the composition of this group and its rural environment have clianged.New village sages need to change the group structure and adjust their roles to meet the needs of rural construction.The survey found that different niral social groups have different cognitive perspectives on the role of new village sages,which makes people have differential evaluation on the grass-roots governance role of new village sages,resulting in unclear positioning of new village sages'role and lew recognition of their role.This paper selects three representative villages and towns in Deqing County.Zhejiang Province for investigation and research,and clarifies people's differential evaluation of the role of new village sages from the three levels of grass-roots management departments,villagers,village committees and township sages themselves,in order to analyze the role orientation of new village sages participating in grass-roots governance and the boosting role of rural future development.
