摘  要:介绍了国内丁辛醇装置弛放气回收系统的工艺流程,根据该装置氨制冷的特点,对弛放气装置生产过程中管线冻堵、丁醛产品副产物恶性影响、丙烯丙烷分离塔难控制、液态烃输送泵机封泄漏、设备壁厚减薄、氨制冷系统节能、密封油系统跑油、氨冷器泄漏等问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的工艺优化与设备合理选型等改进措施。采用火灾预防措施、设备隐患排查及物联网思维模式提高设备寿命管理等措施,工业化运行结果表明该生产装置具有较好的安全环保效果,且运行稳定。The process of off-gas recovery unit of butanol and 2-ethylhexanol is introduced.According to the characteristics of ammonia refrigeration in the unit,the problems such as pipelines freeze blocking,malignant influence of byproducts of butyraldehyde products,difficult control of propylene and propane separator,leakage of mechanical seal of liquid hydrocarbon pump,thinning of equipment wall thickness,energy saving of ammonia refrigeration system,oil leakage of seal oil system and leakage of ammonia cooler in the production process of off-gas unit are analyzed.The corresponding improvement measures such as process optimization and reasonable equipment selection are put forward.The industrial operation results show that the production device has good safety and environmental protection effect and stable operation by adopting fire prevention measures,equipments hidden danger investigation and internet of things thinking mode to improve equipments life management.
