摘　　要：为了有效评估生态保护红线的实施情况,该文提出以植被净初级生产力作为指标动态监测生态保护红线区域内外生态植被情况的方法,并基于Mann-Kendall检验方法分析其变化趋势,较好地反映了房山区生态保护红线划定实施的成效。研究结果表明:房山区植被净初级生产力呈现西北部山地区域高、东南部平原地区低的特征,并在2014—2019年6年间呈缓慢波动上升趋势,在2019年生态保护红线内植被NPP均值达到最大,房山区生态整体呈改善的趋势。该文提出的生态保护红线监测方法,实现了对生态保护红线区域整体及内外的快速精确评估。In order to effectively evaluate the implementation of ecological protection red line,this study proposed a method to dynamically monitor the ecological vegetation situation inside and outside the ecological protection red line area with the vegetation net primary productivity(NPP)as the index,and analyzed the change trend based on Mann Kendall test method,which reflected the ecological protection red line effectively.The results show that:the net primary productivity of vegetation in Fangshan District is high in Northwest Mountainous Area and low in Southeast plain area,and it fluctuates slowly from 2014 to 2019.The average NPP of vegetation in ecological protection red line reaches the maximum in 2019,and the overall ecology of Fangshan District shows an improvement trend.The ecological protection red line monitoring method proposed in this study has realized the rapid and accurate assessment of the whole ecological protection red line area,inside and outside.
