摘　　要：[目的/意义]"双一流"建设视阈,高校文献资源保障水平的评价关乎高校教学、科研水平的提升,通过分析高校一流学科文献资源保障工作的参与主体与具体保障过程,构建评价指标体系,为提升高校文献资源保障水平提供参考。[方法/过程]从一流学科的文献资源建设情况、文献资源利用情况和用户满意度3个维度构建评价指标层次结构模型,运用AHP-CRITIC模型对评价指标进行组合赋权,最后以湖北省7所"双一流"建设高校为研究对象进行实证研究。[结果/结论]构建了由3个一级指标、9个二级指标共同构成的"双一流"高校文献资源保障水平评价指标体系,并通过实证分析当前我国高校文献资源保障工作存在的问题,提出相关建议。[Purpose/Significance]In the view of"double first-class"construction,the evaluation of the level of document resource guarantee in universities is related to the improvement of teaching and scientific research.By analyzing the participating subjects and the specific guarantee process of document resource guarantee in first-class disciplines in universities,the evaluation index system is constructed to provide references for improving the level of document resource guarantee in universities.[Method/Process]This paper established an evaluation index hierarchy model from three dimensions,document resource construction,document resource utilization and users'satisfaction in first-class disciplines.Based on the AHP-CRITIC model,the evaluation indicators were combined and weighted.Finally,the study took 7"double first-class"initiative universities in Hubei Province as the research objects to conduct the empirical research.[Result/Conclusion]The established evaluation index system of document resource guarantee level of"double first-class"universities is composed of 3 primary indicators and 9 secondary indicators.Through analysis of the evaluation results,the study summarizes the current problems in the work of document resource guarantee in domestic universities and put forward relevant suggestions.
