放气活门对组合压气机性能影响的数值计算和试验研究

摘  要:本文采用定常数值计算方法,对某组合压气机进行了非设计转速下的放气和不放气的全三维数值计算,并对试验结果进行比较分析。研究表明:数值计算对于堵点流量和喘点压比的预测较为准确;打开放气活门后进口流量增大,转速越低时进口流量增大的更多;放气活门打开与否并不影响喘点压比。打开放气活门时,压气机的出口流量-压比特性图向左移动,压气机的喘振边界线明显拓宽;对于N=0.8转速,稳定工作范围的改善最为显著。Steady numerical calculation method is employed to calculate the full 3 D performance of the deflated and non-deflated compressors at off-design speed,and the experimental results are compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the numerical calculation is accurate to predict the massflow rate at the chock point and the pressure ratio near the stall point.After opening the valve,inlet massflow rate increases,the inlet flow increases more at the lower the speed;whether the bleeding valve is open or not does not affect the pressure ratio of the near stall point.When bleeding,the exit massflow-pressure ratio characteristic of the compressor moves to the left,and the surge boundary of the compressor widens obviously.For N=0.8 speed,the improvement of stable working range is the most significant.
