摘 要:目的:观察太极拳和羽毛球练习对增强大学生平衡能力的影响。方法:排除相关干扰,随机选取40名河南理工大学学生进行太极拳训练,选取40名学生进行羽毛球训练,两组均进行为期16周的干预训练,每周进行3次,每次持续30min以上。在干预前和干预后进行动态平衡控制能力测试——星形偏移平衡;静态平衡控制能力测试——闭眼单足站立、闭眼高抬腿站立;变向条件下身体平衡控制能力测试——T字形跑、W字形跑测试。结果:实验组与对照组在动态和静态的平衡控制能力中,星形偏移测试(前、后)、闭眼单足站立(前、后)、闭眼高抬腿站立(前、后)均具有显著变化(P<0.05),而在进行变向条件下身体平衡控制能力的测试中,实验组的效果要低于对照组。结论:16周的太极拳练习和羽毛球练习均可以提高大学生动态和静态的平衡控制能力,但太极拳组的效果要显著高于羽毛球组,太极拳练习可以作为提高平衡能力的有效训练手段。Objective: To observe the effect of Taijiquan and badminton on Enhancing College Students’ balance ability. Methods excluding relevant interference, 40 students from Henan University of technology were randomly selected for Taijiquan training and 40 students for badminton training. Both groups received 16 weeks of intervention training three times a week for more than 30 minutes each time. Before and after intervention, dynamic balance control ability test-Star offset balance;Static balance control ability test-standing on one foot with eyes closed and standing with eyes closed and legs raised;Test of body balance control ability under changing direction-T-shaped run and W-shaped run. Results: there were significant changes in the dynamic and static balance control ability of the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05). In the test of body balance control ability under changing direction, the effect of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: 16 weeks of Taijiquan practice and badminton practice can improve college students’ dynamic and static balance control ability, but the effect of Taijiquan group is significantly higher than that of badminton group. Taijiquan practice can be used as an effective training means to improve balance ability.
