摘  要:民族传统体育进校园是传播民族传统文化的重要路径;同时,也是促进学生身心健康发展的重要手段。研究目的:对护理专业学生进行14周的健身气功·八段锦运动处方干预,探究练习健身气功·八段锦对学生灵敏、平衡和交换能力以及抑郁焦虑等身心健康指标的影响。研究方法:运动干预每周3次,每次有效练习时间30分钟,连续干预14周,各实验组保持原有生活习惯。研究结果:健身气功·八段锦训练可以促进灵敏素质(P<0.001)、平衡素质(P<0.001)和交换能力(p<0.001)的提升,且能够改善抑郁(p<0.001)和焦虑(p<0.001);在与对照组的比较中发现,在促进身体素质和抑郁方面,健身气功·八段锦的干预效果比对照组好,但是在抑郁方面没有表现出显著的差异(p>0.05)。结论:14周的健身气功·八段锦练习对于学生的身心健康具有较大的帮助,健身气功·八段锦在学校中具有较高的推广价值。National traditional sports entering the campus is an important way to spread the national traditional culture;at the same time,it is also an important means to promote the physical and mental health of students.Research purpose:to intervene with a 14-week Baduanjin exercise prescription for nursing students to explore the effects of practicing Baduanjin on students’ sensitivity,balance and exchange ability,depression and anxiety and other physical and mental health indicators.Research method:exercise intervention 3 times a week,each effective exercise time is 30 minutes,continuous intervention for 14 weeks,each experimental group maintains the original living habits.Research results:Baduanjin training can promote the improvement of sensitivity (P<0.001),balance quality (P<0.001) and exchange ability (p<0.001),and can improve depression (p<0.001) and anxiety (p< 0.001);In the comparison with the control group,it was found that the intervention effect of Baduanjin was better than that of the control group in promoting physical fitness and depression,but there was no significant difference in depression (p>0.05).Conclusion:The 14-week Baduanjin exercises are of great help to the physical and mental health of students,and Baduanjin has a high promotion value in schools.
