后疫情时代体育社会组织治理职责研究

摘　　要：新冠疫情对我国体育事业产生了较大的影响,在后疫情时代,体育社会组织如何在重大卫生突变的机遇中进行职责侧重,如何提升其治理能力进而助力治理职责有效发挥。基于这样的问题关切,文章运用文献研究法、逻辑分析法等研究方法分析新冠疫情对我国体育事业的影响,并从体育产业、全民健身、学校体育、竞技体育四个方面阐述体育社会组织治理职责为什么要侧重、如何侧重,从而得出:体育产业需加强体育赛事的监管、协调和保障等治理职责,全民健身与全民健康需加强深度融合的促进职责,竞技体育需加强奥运备战的保障职责,学校体育与社区、家庭体育需加强链接职责。The rapid arrival of COVID-19 has a great impact on China’s sports industry.In the post epidemic era,how sports social organizations should focus their responsibilities on the opportunities of major health catastrophe,and how to improve their governance capabilities and help them effectively play their role in governance.Based on such concerns,this paper uses literature research method,logical analysis method and other research methods to analyze the impact of COVID-19 on China’s sports industry.From the four aspects of sports industry,national fitness,school sports and competitive sports,this paper expounds the responsibilities of sports social organization governance for what to emphasize and how to emphasize,and concludes that sports industry needs to strengthen the supervision of sports events.Coordination and guarantee and other governance responsibilities.National fitness and national health need to strengthen the promotion responsibility of deep integration,competitive sports need to strengthen the guarantee responsibility of Olympic preparation,and school sports,community and family sports need to strengthen the link responsibility.
