摘 要:针对有效连接人体手臂皮肤应变与航天服袖片结构设计,为了提供均匀机械反压途径,立足应变椭球体理论,结合人体生物形态,探讨基于三维人体扫描技术的手臂非延长线网络绘制的有效实现方法。测量70名中码男性志愿者的16项手臂数据,参考航天员舱外作业运动姿势,结合不同运动姿态下皮肤表面的延展收缩数据,设计了基于四方连续应变模块的人体手臂非延长线网络绘制方法,初步建立了包含皮肤表面应变信息的手臂非延长线网络模型,可为多材料复合MCP均匀加压模型的设计方案提供参考依据。To form an effective connection between the human arm skin strain and the space suit sleeve structure design and thus to provide a way to implement uniform Mechanical Counter-Pressure(MCP),effective method for drawing the arm Lines of Non-extension(LoNEs)network was investigated utilizing the cutting-edge three-dimensional human body scanning technology on the basis of the strain ellipsoid theory and with the consideration of the human body’s biological form.First,five key volunteers were selected according to the data analysis results of 16 arm measurements in 70 medium-sized male volunteers.Second,the“Four Square Principle”strain module drawing method was redesigned for finding LoNEs on the surface of arm based on the movement posture of astronauts during extravehicular operations as well as the skin stain changes during the movements.Third,the arm LoNEs model containing skin surface strain information was established.The results showed that the accuracy of finding the arm LoNEs was improved and the association between arm LoNEs and sleeve pattern was established which may provide a reference for further MCP space suit design using multimaterial composites.
