摘 要:适体性是舱外航天服工效保障能力的基本要求。为确保出舱活动任务的顺利实施,开展了飞天舱外航天服适体性设计实践。根据飞天舱外航天服的结构构形,确定适体性设计原则,采用被动适体和主动适体融合设计;分析讨论了舱外航天服适体性设计因素,以身高等人体参数作为主要参考数据完成了适体性设计,并开展了无人、有人适体性验证试验。试验结果表明:飞天舱外航天服对人体匹配性良好,穿服平均时间147 s,脱服平均时间77 s,脱指量接近零,飞天舱外航天服适体性满足使用要求。Body fit and comfort of astronaut in extravehicular activity(EVA)spacesuit is the primary ergonomic request.To ensure the successful implementation of EVA,the fit design practice of Feitian EVA spacesuit was conducted.The principle of the fit design was proposed according to the configuration of Feitian EVA spacesuit.Moreover,the passive method and active method were adopted to achieve better fit and comfort for the individual astronaut.The factors of fit design were analyzed and the fit design of Feitian EVA spacesuit was carried out with height and other body characteristics as the input.Tests were conducted with manikin and sample population to evaluate the design.The test results showed that the spacesuit had good matching with human body.The average time of wearing was 147 s and the average time of taking off was 77 s.Finger and glove fingertip space at work pressure was almost zero.The fit of Feitian EVA spacesuit was verified.
