摘　　要：挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)是厌氧发酵过程中的一类具有监测作用的重要中间代谢产物,对其进行有效的测定可以很好地监控厌氧发酵体系中的酸化情况。主要总结了目前应用较为广泛的6种VFAs检测方法,包括解释检测技术的运行机制、仪器的性能、测定过程可能会出现的问题以及解决的办法,也总结了6种方法的优缺点。Volatile fatty acids(VFAs),are a family of important intermediate metabolite that plays a monitoring role in the anaerobic digestion process.The effective determination of VFAs is of great significance as to monitor acidity in an anaerobic fermentation system.This paper primarily summarizes the six most widely used VFAs detection methods,including explanation of the operation mechanism of detection technology.Meanwhile the benefits and drawbacks of the six techniques are discussed.
