玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗早产儿视网膜病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普治疗早产儿视网膜病变疗效。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月1日至2021年1月31日玻璃体腔注射康柏西普(intravitreal conbercept,IVC)治疗的ROP病例23例(46眼)。其中阈值病变11例(22眼),阈值前病变Ⅰ型8例(16眼),AP-ROP 4例(8眼)。术后随访过程中若出现病变无消退、病变加重或病变复发者,根据情况予IVC治疗或视网膜激光光凝治疗。结果 所有患眼中,行一次IVC治疗后病变消退者32眼,行二次IVC治疗后病变消退者6眼。联合视网膜激光光凝治疗后病变消退者6眼。2眼因术前合并视网膜大量出血,联合行玻璃体切割+眼内视网膜激光光凝手术。所有病例术中及术后未见与药物或治疗方式相关的并发症。结论 玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗ROP有效,短期未发现不良反应。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of intravitreal injection of Conbercept in the treatment of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP) in premature infants.Methods A retrospective analysis of 46 eyes of 23 ROP cases treated with intravitreal conbercept(IVC) injections at our institution from January 1,2019 to January 31,2021.Among them,22 eyes had threshold lesions,16 eyes had pre-threshold lesions type I,and 8 eyes had AP-ROP.During the postoperative follow-up,if the disease does not disappear,the disease is aggravated or the disease recurs,the child will be given IVC or retinal laser photocoagulation again according to the situation of the child.Results Among all the eyes,32 eyes were cured after the first IVC,and 6 eyes were cured after the second IVC.The lesions resolved in 6 eyes after combined retinal laser photocoagulation.2 eyes were combined with vitrectomy and laser photocoagulation for retinal hemorrhage before operation.There were no complications related to drugs or treatment methods during and after operation in all cases.Conclusion Intravitreal Conbercept is effective in the treatment of ROP,and no adverse reactions have been found in the short term.
