摘 要:采用空气-水作为系统,在直径1200 mm、内置4层塔板的冷模塔中,对阀腿高度为10 mm、单个开孔尺寸为44 mm×25 mm的H形导向固阀塔板进行了雾沫夹带实验研究,考察了3个液流强度、3个堰高因素对雾沫夹带率的影响。同时在开孔率为6.3%的条件下,与阀腿高度为5 mm的H形固阀塔板进行了性能比较,另外还与筛孔塔板的性能进行了对比分析。实验结果表明:6.3%的H形固阀与同一开孔率下的阀腿高度为5 mm的塔板对比发现,后者雾沫夹带率约高14%;而与同种开孔率的筛孔塔板对比发现,H形固阀的雾沫夹带率低约16%。最后,对雾沫夹带率进行了经验关联式拟合,为其工业应用提供指导。Using air-water system,in a cold model tower with a diameter of 1200 mm and a built-in four-layer tower plate,the mist entrainment experiment of H-shaped guide fixed valve tower plate with a valve leg height of 10 mm and a single opening size of 44 mm×25 mm was carried out.The effects of three liquid flow intensities,three weir heights on the mist entrainment rate were investigated.Under the opening rate of 6.3%,the performance of H-shaped guide fixed valve tower plate is compared with that of 5 mm leg height.In addition,the results are compared and analyzed with the performance of sieve tower plates.The experimental results show that 6.3%H-shaped guide fixed valve is compared with the tower plate with valve leg height of 5 mm at the same opening rate,the entrainment rate of the latter is about 14%higher than that of the former,while compared with the sieve tower plate with the same opening rate,the mist entrainment rate of the H-shaped guide fixed valve is about 16%lower.Finally,the empirical correlation fitting is carried out for the entrainment rate to provide guidance for its industrial application.
