摘 要:填料-筛板复合塔板是一种被用于高气液比吸收处理过程的塔内构件,其持液量与液相停留时间对传质传热具有重要影响,为此进行了相关性能的研究。测定分析表明:P-S复合塔板的持液量可通过填料液膜区持液和浸润填料区持液两部分进行估算,停留时间可在实验基础上据模型计算。同时,在单因素实验条件下,P-S复合塔板的动持液量随喷淋密度的增大增加了1.11—1.84倍,随F因子的增大增加了1.53—2.56倍;液相在P-S复合塔板的停留时间随F因子的增大而增大,随喷淋密度的增大而减小。典型高气液比状况下喷淋密度0.3822 m^(3)/(h·m^(2)),F因子5.544(m·kg^(1/2))/(s·m^(3/2)),相较于单一填料或穿流筛板以及S-P复合塔板,P-S复合塔板在持液量和停留时间方面表现出了明显优势。Packing-sieve composite tray is a tower internal component used in the high gas-liquid ratio absorption process,and its liquid holding capacity and liquid phase residence time have an important influence on mass and heat transfer,for which relevant performance studies have been carried out.Measurement and analysis show that the liquid holding capacity of P-S composite tray can be estimated from two aspects:the packing liquid film and the infiltration packing liquid,while the residence time can be calculated based on the model after experiment.At the same time,under the single factor experimental condition,the dynamic liquid holding capacity of the P-S composite tray increases by 1.11-1.84 times with the increase of spray density,and increases by 1.53-2.56 times with the increase of F factor.The residence time of liquid phase on the P-S composite tray increases with the increase of F factor,and decreases with the increase of spray density.At the typical conditions of spray density 0.3822 m^(3)/(h·m^(2))and F factor 5.544(m·kg^(1/2))/(s·m^(3/2)),P-S composite tray shows obvious advantages in the liquid holding capacity and the residence time compared with packing,through-flow sieve plate and S-P composite tray.
