摘 要:本文基于计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,将气囊—导管架作为整体结构系统,建立数字水池及气囊—导管架系统模型,计算不同拖带速度下的拖航阻力。将计算结果与基于海上钻井装置的拖航阻力估算结果进行对比,得到了两种方法计算的拖航阻力,以及不同拖航速度下的气囊—导管架结构周围的涡量分布。研究发现,由于气囊—导管架系统为杆状结构组合体,外伸导管架引起非线性拖航阻力,此外气囊组合体构成的非光滑船型曲面,也引起拖航阻力增加,在水下湿表面积相等的情况下,气囊—导管架系统拖航阻力远大于船型结构拖航阻力。研究结果表明:基于CFD方法计算气囊—导管架系统的拖航阻力是一种有效方法,建立的分析模型可以很好地模拟气囊—导管架系统的水阻力特性。Aiming at the removal of jacket platform with air bag assisted floating,the towing resistance of airbag-jacket system is studied.Based on the CFD method,considering the structural system composed of airbag-jacket,CFD method is used to establish a digital pool and airbag-jacket system model to calculate the towing resistance under different towing speeds.According to the estimation method of towing resistance based on offshore drilling unit,the tow resistance calculated by two methods is obtained,also the vortices distribution are obtained for airbag jacket underwater structure at different towing speeds.The results shows because the airbag-jacket system is a rod-like structure assembly,the outward extending catheter frame causes the nonlinear towing resistance,In addition,the non-smooth ship-shaped surface of the airbag assembly also causes the increase of the towing resistance.So the towing resistance of the airbag-jacket system is much larger than the towing resistance of the ship structure with the same wetted surface area.The results show that calculate the towing resistance of airbag-jacket system based on CFD method is an effective method,and the established analytical model can simulate the water resistance characteristics of airbag-jacket system very well.
