浩吉铁路对区域煤炭市场影响探析

摘　　要：2019年底开通的浩吉铁路,作为国家“北煤南运”新的战略运输通道,具有重大战略意义与重要现实价值。浩吉铁路不仅极大地缓解了中南地区的煤炭需求紧张形势,而且将改变甚至重塑区域煤炭市场格局。基于此,本文通过采用对比研究法、文献分析法、定性分析法等方法,力图分析浩吉铁路的意义与优势,探讨浩吉铁路对中南地区、华东沿海沿江区域煤炭市场格局的影响,以及区域煤炭市场格局改变后供应商应采取的措施。通过考察浩吉铁路对区域煤炭市场影响,观察煤炭区域市场新的供需平衡,为指导煤炭供应商调整营销策略提供参考。笔者认为,浩吉铁路的开通有可能重塑区域煤炭市场格局,对相关下水煤供应商既是挑战也是机遇,即重新定位目标市场、目标用户,发展优势,采取积极应对措施,形成和谐互赢的煤炭市场格局。The Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway,which was open to the traffic at the end of 2019,has great strate⁃gic significance and important practical value as a new strategic transportation channel for China’s“North to South Coal Diversion”.It will not only greatly relieve the coal demand tension in central and southern Chi⁃na,but also change and even reshape the regional coal market structure.Based on this,by using the meth⁃ods of comparative study,documentary analysis and qualitative analysis,this article analyzes the significance and advantages of Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway,the influence of Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway on the coal market structure of central and southern China and coastal and riverside areas in east China,and the countermea⁃sures that suppliers should take after the change of regional coal market structure.This article aims to guide coal suppliers to adjust their marketing strategies by investigating the influence of the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Rail⁃way on the regional coal market,and the new supply and demand balance in the regional coal market.The author believes that although the opening of the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway may reshape the regional coal mar⁃ket structure,it is both a challenge and an opportunity for the relevant suppliers of coal by water transport.That is,to reposition the target market,target users,and develop advantages,it is necessary to take active countermeasures and establish a harmonious and mutually beneficial coal market structure.
