摘　　要：本文主要针对某1000 MW燃用神华煤机组锅炉开展掺烧生物质燃料的积灰特性研究,通过沉降炉积灰试验研究了不同烟气温度、不同掺混比例等工况下神华煤和生物质掺烧的积灰倾向。研究表明,神华煤掺烧生物质燃料后积灰加剧。随着生物质掺混比例的增大,生物质灰中的Ca元素会形成低熔点化合物,发生明显的熔融流动。随着烟气温度的升高,灰颗粒之间发生明显的熔融流动现象,实验确定该机组锅炉当前燃料条件下可掺烧生物质的最大比例为15%。This article focuses on the research on the ash deposition characteristics of mixed combustion of Shenhua coal and biomass fuel in the boiler of a 1000 MW Shenhua coal-fired unit,and analyzes the ash deposition tendency of mixed combustion under different flue gas temperatures and mixing ratios through the ash deposition test of the drop tube furnace.The research shows that the ash deposition is aggravated after Shenhua coal is mixed with biomass fuel.With the increase of the biomass proportion,the Ca element in the biomass ash forms low-melting compound,and obvious melt flow occurs;with the increase of the flue gas temperature,obvious melt flow occurs among ash particles.It is determined in the test that the maxi⁃mum proportion of biomass that can be mixed to the boiler of the unit under the current fuel conditions is 15%.
