摘  要:本文介绍了在火力发电厂中抽真空系统运行情况,根据不同类型机组,阐述了运行中遇到的各种典型问题,其共性问题为真空泵汽水分离器溢流量大,湿冷机组的特性问题为不能实现双背压运行,结合现场实际情况给出不同的解决方案,分析了各方案的优缺点。为缓解电厂日益严峻的节能压力,在机组真空严密性达到优良的情况下,建议电厂进行罗茨-水环真空泵组可行性研究,由于空冷机组冷端体积大,真空严密性要求高,结合电厂改造案例,分析实际节能量与改造要求。This article introduces the operation of the vacuum pumping system in the thermal power plant,and expounds various typical problems encountered during the operation in different types of units.The gener⁃al problem is the large overflow of the steam-water separator of the vacuum pump,and the specific problem of the wet cooling unit is that it cannot realize the double back pressure operation.Finally,this article pro⁃poses different solutions including their advantages and disadvantages in combination with the actual situa⁃tion.In order to alleviate the increasingly severe energy saving pressure of the power plant,it is recommend⁃ed that the power plant should carry out the feasibility study of Roots water-ring vacuum pump set under the condition that the vacuum tightness of the unit is excellent.Due to the large volume of cold end of the air cooling unit and high requirements for vacuum tightness,the actual energy saving and transformation re⁃quirements should be analyzed based on the real transformation cases of power plants.
