环保制冷剂管内流动沸腾摩擦压降模型研究

摘  要:为了研究环保制冷剂管内流动沸腾摩擦压降模型的预测准确度,首先总结了12种管内流动沸腾摩擦压降模型,然后搜集了关于7种环保制冷剂在管径1~8 mm圆管内流动沸腾的962个实验数据点。通过对比模型预测值与实验数据,发现各模型的预测误差均较大,精度最高模型的平均绝对误差为31.6%,误差最大模型的平均绝对误差超过100%,表明现有模型并不能很好预测环保制冷剂沸腾换热摩擦压降。To explore prediction accuracy of flow boiling frictional pressure drop in tubes of environmentally friendly refriger⁃ants,this paper firstly summarized 12 flow boiling frictional pressure drop model in tubes,and then collected 962 flow boiling ex⁃perimental data points of 7 environmentally friendly refrigerants in circular tubes with pipe diameter of 1~8 mm.Through the comparisons between the model prediction and experimental data,it was found that the prediction error of all models were large,the mean absolute deviation of the model with the highest accuracy is 31.6%,and the mean absolute deviation of the model with the largest error is even more than 100%,indicating that the existing model cannot yield satisfied predictions on frictional pres⁃sure drop of environmentally friendly refrigerants.
