摘 要:“互联网+”企业在促进电子商务飞速发展的同时冲击着传统零售企业的市场效益。文章采用零售业上市公司面板数据考察电商冲击对零售企业发展的影响。研究发现:当期及滞后三期的电商冲击均对企业绩效产生明显的正向推动作用;不同企业样本中,电商冲击对门槛值之上的企业产生明显的正向推动效果,对门槛值之下的企业产生明显的抑制效果。因此,传统零售企业必须创新技术水平,增强核心技术竞争力,以化解电商冲击的负面影响。“Internet +” companies are pushing forward the rapid development of e-commerce,impacting the market efficiency of traditional retail enterprises.This paper uses the panel data of listed retail companies to investigate the impact of e-commerce on the development of retail enterprises.It is found that the e-commerce shocks in the current period and three lagging periods have a significant positive effect on enterprise performance.In different enterprise samples,e-commerce impact has an obvious positive promoting effect on enterprises above the threshold and an obvious restraining effect on enterprises below the threshold.Therefore,traditional retail enterprises must innovate their technological level and enhance their core technological competitiveness to resolve the negative impact of e-commerce impact.
