摘　　要：目的:通过分析2001—2019年国家自然科学基金资助的中医药防治艾滋病领域研究项目情况,探讨获资助中医药学科艾滋病研究项目的概况及发展趋势,为中医药学领域科研工作者申报项目提供参考依据。方法:检索国家自然科学基金委员会网站、丁香通网站和海研网,查询2001—2019年国家自然科学基金资助的中医学、中药学和中西医结合领域的艾滋病研究项目,对项目批准年度、学科领域、资助类别以及依托单位等内容进行统计归纳分析。结果:2001—2019年国家自然科学基金对中医药治疗艾滋病研究立项资助累计84项,资助总金额达2960.8万元,其中青年科学基金项目25项共计739万元,地区科学基金项目29项共计1117万元,面上项目26项共计1064万元,其他项目4项共计40.8万元。分支学科获资助项目数位居前3位的分别为H2902(中西医结合临床基础)13项、H2813(中药抗病毒与感染药理)12项和H2708(中医内科)12项。其中获得资助最多者为河南中医药大学(13项);研究指标多为中医证候;研究对象以艾滋病患者最多;多开展抗HIV-1活性及有效成分研究,主要围绕免疫调控机制展开。结论:国家自然科学基金对中医药防治艾滋病领域研究项目资助力度大,但各地区发展不均,应从多个不同方向积极申报研究项目,开展交叉学科领域研究。Objective:To analyze the status of research projects on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preventing and treating AIDS funded by the national natural science foundation of China(NSFC)from 2001 to 2019,and to discuss the general situation and development trend of AIDS research projects funded by NSFC,so as to provide reference for researchers in the field of TCM to apply for projects.Methods:The AIDS research projects in the fields of TCM,Chinese herbology and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine funded by NSFC from 2001 to 2019 were searched from the website of NSFC,Biomart.cn and hiresearch.cn.Results:From 2001 to 2019,NSFC funded a total of 86 research projects on TCM treating AIDS,with a total amount of 29.608 million yuan,including 25 projects of 7.39 million yuan for the youth science foundation,29 projects of 11.17 million yuan for the regional science foundation,26 projects of 10.64 million yuan for the general program,and 4 projects of 408000 yuan for the other programs.The top three subdiscipline by number of projects funded were H2902(clinical basis of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine)13 projects,H2813(antiviral and infective pharmacology of Chinese medicine)12 projects,and H2708(internal medicine of TCM)12 projects.Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine ranked first by number of projects funded(13 projects).The research indexes were mostly TCM syndrome.The research objects were mostly AIDS patients.Researches on anti-HIV-1 activities and active components were mainly focused on the immune regulation mechanism.Conclusion:The NSFC has given a large amount of funds to research projects in the field of TCM preventing and treating AIDS.However,the development of different regions is uneven.We should actively apply for research projects in several different directions and carry out interdisciplinary researches.
