摘  要:通过研究沙棘受栎黄枯叶蛾和沙棘木蠹蛾取食为害后生理生化的变化,探讨虫害诱导的沙棘生理生化变化对害虫种间互作的影响。以二虫分别作为地上、地下的植食者,采用两因素交互试验设计,每种害虫处理2水平(未接与接),测定虫害沙棘茎叶和根系的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、单宁、黄酮含量,并进行差异性分析。分析表明,栎黄枯叶蛾为害后,沙棘茎叶可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量显著下降;沙棘木蠹蛾为害后,沙棘上、下部可溶性糖含量均有所上升;二者共同为害后,沙棘上、下部可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量均上升;不同虫害处理后,沙棘根系单宁、黄酮含量均显著升高。综上说明,二虫诱导的沙棘生理生化的改变,对茎叶害虫栎黄枯叶蛾具偏利促进作用,而对根系害虫沙棘木蠹蛾有较大抑制作用。After Hippophae rhamnoides was eaten by the Trabala vishnou gigantina and the Holcocerus hippophaecolus, the physiological and biochemical changes were studied to explore the effects of physiological and biochemical changes of Hippophae rhamnoides induced by pests.Two insects were used as above-ground and under-ground plant-eater. Two-factor interactive design was used and each insect was treated at two levels(uninoculated and inoculated). The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,tannin and flavone in stem-leaves and roots of Hippophae rhamnoides were determined,and the differences were analyzed. The analysis showed that the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the stem-leaves of Hippophae rhamnoides decreased significantly after damage by Trabala vishnou gigantina. After the damage by Holcocerus hippophaecolus,the soluble sugar content in the upper and lower parts of Hippophae rhamnoides increased;The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the upper and lower parts of Hippophae rhamnoides increased after damage by the two pests together. Under different pest treatments,the contents of tannin and flavone in Hippophae rhamnoides roots increased significantly.To sum up,physiological and biochemical changes of Hippophae rhamnoides induced by two insects have a beneficial promotion effect on stem-leaf pest Trabala vishnou gigantina,but it has a great inhibitory effect on the root pest Holcocerus hippophaecolus.
