摘 要:通过邻香草醛与邻甲氧基苯胺的缩合反应制得邻香草醛席夫碱,并通过溶剂扩散法合成其金属镍配合物,其结构经红外、核磁共振、紫外及X-单晶衍射等表征。采用纸片法测定了两种化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑制活性。结果表明:邻香草醛缩邻甲氧基苯胺席夫碱及其镍配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌均有较好的抑菌活性,并表现出一定的浓度依赖性。邻香草醛缩邻甲氧基苯胺席夫碱及其镍配合物对白色念珠菌极度敏感,且两者的抑菌活性均强于邻香草醛的抑菌活性。The preparation and antibacterial activity of o-vanillin condensed o-aniline Schiff base and its nickel complex were studied.The o-vanillin Schiff base was synthesized by the condensation reaction of o-aniline with o-vanillin,and its nickel complex was synthesized by liquid-liquid diffusion method.The o-vanillin Schiff base and its nickel complex were characterized by Infrared absorption spectroscopy(IR),Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR)spectra,ultraviolet spectroscopy and X-single crystal diffraction.The antibacterial activity of the o-anillin Schiff-based and its nickel complex against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was determined by the filter paper method.Both the Schiff base and its nickel complex had the inhibitory effect against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans,and their antibacterial activity was greater than that of o-vanillin at the same concentration.Among them,the o-vanillin Schiff base and its nickel complex were extremely sensitive to Candida albicans,and the antibacterial effect was enhanced with the increase of concentration.It provides reference for further research on the antibacterial mechanism of the o-vanillin Schiff base and its complexes.
