摘 要:目的分析老年人支气管哮喘呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)与气道炎症的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月门诊接诊的60例老年支气管哮喘患者作为观察组,以及同期门诊体检的60例健康人员作为参照组,检测、比较2组FeNO、气道炎症参数,比较不同程度哮喘患者FeNO、气道炎症参数,比较急性发作、非急性发作组FeNO、气道炎症参数,Pearson分析FeNO与气道炎症参数的相关性。结果观察组FeNO、气道炎性因子TNF-α、IL-10、IL-8水平均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。危重度组FeNO、气道炎性因子TNF-α、IL-10、IL-8水平均高于重度组,重度组FeNO、气道炎性因子TNF-α、IL-10、IL-8水平均高于中度组,中度组FeNO、气道炎性因子TNF-α、IL-10、IL-8水平均高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性发作组FeNO、气道炎性因子TNF-α、IL-10、IL-8水平均高于非急性发作组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FeNO与气道炎性因子TNF-α、IL-10、IL-8呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论老年支气管哮喘患者FeNO与气道炎症参数呈正相关性,加强以上指标检测,可为疾病诊断、治疗提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the correlation between exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and airway inflammation in elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Sixty 60 elderly patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were enrolled as observation group,at the same time,and the other 60 healthy subjects who underwent outpatient physical examination were enrolled as control group.The FeNO and airway inflammation parameters were observed and compared between the two groups.moreover the indexes were observed and compared between the acute onset group and non-acute onset group.In addition Pearson analysis was performed to analyze the correlation between FeNO and airway inflammation parameters.Results The levels of FeNO,airway inflammatory factors-TNF-α,IL-10 and IL-8 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),which in critically severe case group were significantly higher than those in severe case group(P<0.05),which in severe case group were significantly higher than those in moderate case group(P<0.05),which in moderate case group were significantly higher than those in mild case group(P<0.05),moreover,which in acute onset group were significantly higher than those in non-acute onset group(P<0.05).In addition the FeNO levels were positively correlated with those of TNF-α,IL-10 and IL-8(P<0.05).Conclusion The FeNO levels in elderly patients with bronchial asthma are positively correlated with those of airway inflammation parameters.To strengthen the detection of the indexes mentioned above can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
