围术期全期教育督导在老年人工关节置换术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察围术期全期教育督导在人工关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1~12月收治的接受人工髋关节置换术的80例老年病例为研究样本,以是否接受围术期全期教育督导管理为据分为2组,2019年1~6月接受常规康复管理的40例病例设为对照组,2019年7~12月接受围术期全期教育督导管理的40例病例设为试验组,对2组干预后的治疗依从性、髋关节功能评分与生活质量等各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组人工髋关节置换术者干预后治疗依从性评分、Harris功能评分和生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用围术期全期教育督导管理对人工关节置换术患者施加干预,可显著提高该类病例的术前术后及院外治疗依从性,促进髋关节功能的良好恢复与生活质量的有效提升。Objective To investigate the application effects of perioperative education and supervision in patients undergoing artificial hip joint arthroplasty(AHA).Methods A total of 80 elderly patients who underwent AHA in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups according to whether they received full-term education supervision and management during the perioperative period,of whom,the 40 patients who received routine rehabilitation management from January 2019 to June 2019 were enrolled as control group,and the other 40 patients who received perioperative education supervision and management from July 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled as experimental group.After intervention,the related indexes including treatment compliance,hip joint function score and life quality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of treatment compliance,Harris function and quality of life in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of perioperative education supervision and management in patients undergoing AHA can significantly improve compliance of preoperative and postoperative treatment and out-of-hospital treatment in such cases,and promote the good recovery of hip joint function and the effective improvement of life quality of patients.
