摘 要:针对现有织物剪切性能测试装置操作复杂以及价格昂贵,自行设计测试夹持装置,通过在拉伸试验主机上加装夹持装置,对30块织物进行剪切变形性能测试,使用相关性和相对误差分析方法,将测试结果与KES-FB1剪切试验仪进行对比分析。结果表明,自制装置与KES-FB1剪切试验仪对应特征指标结果具有高度相关性,且相关系数均大于0.9;自制装置测得剪切刚度与KES测试结果表现出很好的一致性,说明自制装置能有效表征织物剪切变形性能。In view of the complex operation and high price of the existing fabric shear performance test devices,the test clamping device was designed.By installing the clamping device on the tensile test host,the shear deformation performance of 30 fabrics was tested.The test results were compared and analyzed with those of KES-FB1 shear tester by using methods of correlation and relative error analysis.The analysis results showed that the corresponding characteristic index results of the self-made device and KES-FB1 shear tester were highly correlated,and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9.The shear stiffness measured by the self-made device was in good consistency with the KES test results,evidencing that the self-made device could effectively characterize the shear deformation performance of fabric.
