摘  要:以甘肃产清水大麻原麻为实验对象,采用连续流生物脱胶技术,借助汇集的大麻连续流生物脱胶效果的评价指标,通过设定不同的因子水平来讨论温度对大麻连续流生物脱胶效果的影响。结果表明,在33℃、36℃、39℃的温度因子水平下,随着脱胶温度的提高,大麻原麻的失重率会有不同水平的增加;提高脱胶温度有利于去除大麻原麻的胶质并降低纤维细度,但拉伸指标差异较小。试验范围内提高脱胶温度促进大麻原麻的胶质脱除,增加了脱胶液的出水COD浓度,提高了氨氮去除率。The raw hemp produced in Gansu Qingshui was taken as the experimental object,continuous flow biological degumming technology was adopted,and the evaluation index was used to discuss the influence of temperature on the effects of continuous flow biological degumming of hemp by setting different factor levels.The results showed that under the temperature factor levels of 33℃,36℃and 39℃,as the degumming temperature raised,the weight loss rate of raw hemp increased at different levels;the increase of degumming temperature was helpful to remove the gum of raw hemp and reduce fiber fineness,but the difference in stretch index was little.The increase of degumming temperature within the test scope promoted the degumming of raw hemp,increased the COD concentration of the effluent of the degumming liquid and improved the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen.
