摘 要:采用碱减量处理工艺对聚酯纤维平纹织物进行处理,并使用明胶对处理后的聚酯纤维织物进行涂层。通过对聚酯纤维织物中羧基含量的测定,分析碱液浓度、温度对羧基含量的影响,并探讨羧基含量对明胶涂层量及涂层体外降解情况的影响。在保证聚酯纤维力学性能的情况下,选择碱浓度为5g/L,温度为80℃的条件对聚酯纤维平纹织物进行碱减量处理。结果显示,在该条件下织物的羧基含量最高,为50.7 mol/t,明胶涂层在体外一周时间内的质量损失率最低,为35.9%。因此,我们成功优化了聚酯纤维平纹织物的碱减量处理工艺,以更好的适用于明胶等物质涂层。Alkali decrement process was adopted to treat the polyester plain-woven fabric and gelatin was used to coat on the treated fabric.By determining the carboxyl content of polyester fabric,the effects of alkali concentration and temperature on carboxyl content were analyzed,and the influence of carboxyl content on the gelatin coating amount and in vitro degradation of coating was explored.Under the condition of ensuring the mechanical properties of polyester fabric,the polyester plain-woven fabric was conducted alkali decrement treatment with 5 g/L alkali concentration and temperature at 80℃.The results showed that under this condition,the carboxyl content was maximum,reaching 50.7 mol/t;the in vitro mass loss rate of gelatin coating within one week was lowest,which was 35.9%.Therefore,the alkali decrement process of polyester plain-woven fabric was successfully optimized to better suit gelatin coating.
