摘 要:为了进一步提高骑行服的合体性和舒适性,要了解骑行中的运动变化以及人体表现,以分解骑行动作为基础,分别对人体本身内部机能变化和骑行服装的影响进行分析。从生理上和人体表面这两方面进行阐述,通过常用的运动机能评价指标,如生化指标、代谢能力评定等分析生理上的内部变化来分析生理变化;体表方面则通过服装压和皮肤拉伸这两个因素进行分析,总结出人体服装的压力分布,及各部位的拉伸情况。通过结合人体内里和表面的变化,对骑行进行更好的动态评价,为将来的骑行服优化提供理论依据。In order to improve the suitability and comfort performance of cycling clothing,it is necessary to understand the motion changes and human body performance during the riding process.Based on decomposed riding actions,the effects of internal function changes of human body and cycling clothing were analyzed.Two aspects of physiology and human body surface were explained.The internal changes of the physiology were analyzed through the commonly used sports function evaluation indicators such as biochemical indicators and metabolic capacity evaluation.The body surface was analyzed through clothing pressure and skin stretching.The clothing pressure distribution of the human body and the stretching of each part were summarized.Combined with the internal and external changes of human body,a better dynamic evaluation of riding could be made to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of cycling clothing in the future.
