摘　　要：土壤是经济社会可持续发展的物质基础,加强土壤环境保护是推进生态文明建设和维护国家生态安全的重要内容。当前,我国土壤环境保护还存在污染底数不清、监测监管和风险防控体系不健全等突出问题。根据“土十条”的要求,河南省开封市、焦作市分别开展了对重点行业企业用地的调查采样工作,项目采用GDL-1型多功能钻机,可通过静压/冲击取样,回转+泥浆循环取心,螺旋建井等多种工艺方法实现土壤/水质取样以及建立水文监测井等多种施工需求。Soil is the material basis for sustainable economic and social development,and strengthening soil environmental protection is an important element in promoting ecological civilization and maintaining national ecological security.At present,there are still some prominent problems in soil environmental protection in China,such as unclear pollution base,imperfect monitoring,supervision and risk prevention and control system and so on.According to the requirements of the “Action plan for soil pollution control”,the investigation and sampling of land used by enterprises in key industries have been carried out respectively in Kaifeng and Jiaozuo cities of Henan Province.GDL-1 multi-functional drilling rigs were adopted in these projects,which can realize various construction needs such as soil/water quality sampling and establishment of hydrological monitoring well through various process methods such as static pressure or impact sampling,rotary and mud circulation coring and spiral well construction.
