摘 要:螺杆钻具造斜时的应力状态复杂,其造斜机理难以通过数学公式定量计算及分析。本文采用Abaqus软件模拟螺杆钻具碎岩过程,选取南岭科学钻探NLSD-1孔造斜段典型地层:花岗闪长斑岩、凝灰质板岩、粉砂岩及含碳质泥岩,根据NLSD-1孔造斜工艺设计模型相关参数,分别模拟螺杆钻具在上述单一岩性地层和不同岩性交界面地层的碎岩状态,得出岩石应力和应变等值线分布图,从而分析研究螺杆钻具的造斜机理和造斜规律。研究表明,在单一岩性地层造斜时,螺杆钻具的工具面低边侧岩石先于工具面高边侧岩石破碎,使钻孔轴线沿螺杆钻具高边工具面方向进行导向钻进;在不同岩性交界面造斜时,由于受岩石交界面的影响,螺杆钻具的导向功能较差,且上下地层岩石强度相差越大,导向功能越差。The stress state of screw drilling tool is complex,and its deviation mechanism is difficult to be quantitatively calculated and analyzed by mathematical formula.In this paper,Abaqus software is used to simulate the rock breaking process of screw drilling tool,and the typical strata of NLSD-1 hole deflecting section of Nanling Scientific Drilling:granodiorite porphyry,tuffaceous slate,siltstone and carbonaceous mudstone are selected.According to the relevant parameters of NLSD-1 hole deflecting process design model,the rock breaking state of screw drilling tool in the above single lithology strata and different rock interface strata is simulated respectively,the isoline distribution of rock stress and strain is obtained,so as to analyze and study the deviation mechanism and deviation pattern of screw drilling tool.The research shows that when defecting in single lithologic formation,the rock on the low side of screw drilling tool face is broken before the rock on the high side of tool face so that the drilling axis is guided along the direction of the tool face on the high side of screw drilling tool;When deflecting at different rock interfaces,due to the influence of rock interfaces,the guiding function of screw drilling tool is poor,and the greater the difference in rock strength between upper and lower strata,the worse the guiding function.
