摘  要:为实现在聚酯短纤生产过程中多丝束张力的实时监测,提高产品质量,设计了一种多丝束张力实时检测系统。该检测系统以STM32单片机硬件系统为下位机,通过应变片式压力传感器和张力变送器获取实时张力,并通过Modbus通讯协议将信息传输至上位机。根据工厂现有设备研制了龙门架式张力同步检测装置和陶瓷压头检测装置,能够对生产线上的24束聚酯短纤进行精确的张力检测。工控机软件使用SQL Server关系型数据库管理系统实现对张力监测的数字信息化管理。该检测系统实现了对多丝束聚酯短纤张力的实时监测,为后续张力调节提供数据参考,可提高产品质量。In order to realize the real-time monitoring of multi-tow tension in polyester staple fiber production process and improve product quality,a multi-tow tension real-time monitoring system was designed.STM32 microcontroller hardware system was taken as the lower machine in the detection system,real-time tension was obtained through strain gauge pressure sensor and tension transmitter,and the information was transmitted to the upper machine through Modbus communication protocol.According to the existing equipment in the factory,gantry frame type tension synchronous detection device and ceramic indenter detection device were developed,which can accurately detect the tension of 24 strands of polyester staple fiber on the production line.SQL Server relational database management system in industrial computer was used to realize digital information management of tension monitoring.The system can monitor the tension of polyester staple fiber in real time,provide data reference for subsequent tension adjustment,and improve product quality.
