摘  要:航空工业领域需要使用耐温耐介质的密封剂对关键部位进行保护,脱醇型氟硅密封剂具有优异的性能,可以满足应用需求。均采用聚氟硅液体橡胶作为生胶,加入填料、助剂和交联剂制备了耐高温单组分脱醇型氟硅密封剂,并研制了配套底涂。采用力学性能实验,热空气老化试验,180°剥离实验等测试方法表征了密封剂及其配套底涂料的性能。研究结果表明,交联剂的结构显著影响密封剂的力学性能、工艺性能和耐温性能,采用苯基三乙氧基硅烷的密封胶具有最好的耐热老化性能;底涂的粘接性能受硅烷偶联剂、含氢硅油共同影响,含有含氢硅油、甲基三甲氧基硅烷和正硅酸乙酯的底涂具有最优异的粘接性能。The aviation industry needs to use temperature and medium resistant sealants to protect key parts.Dealcoholized fluorosilicone sealants have excellent performance and can meet the application requirements.In this paper,homopolymer fluorosilicone liquid rubber was used as raw rubber,filler,additives and crosslinking agent were added,thus one-component dealcoholized fluorosilicone sealant with high temperature resistance was prepared and the corresponding primer was developed.The properties of the sealant and its matching primer were characterized by mechanical property test,hot air aging test and 180 degree peel test.The results show that the structure of crosslinking agent significantly affects the mechanical properties,process properties and temperature resistance of sealant,and the sealant using phenyltriethoxysilane has the best heat aging property.The adhesive property of the primer is affected by silane coupling agent and hydrogen-containing silicone oil.The primer containing hydrogen-containing silicone oil,methyl trimethoxysilane and ethyl orthosilicate has the best adhesive property.
