摘 要:目的:对比两种方法对手术器械特殊污染物骨粘固剂的清洗效果。方法:抽查2020年5月~2020年12月消毒供应中心带有特殊污染物骨粘固剂的手术器械500件,包括换药碗、骨膜剥离子、咬骨钳、石膏剪等,随机将上述手术器械分为观察组与对照组,每组250例,分别采用75%乙醇及压力蒸汽喷枪清洗与常规清洗,采用目测法及ATP生物荧光法对器械清洗效果进行评估,对比两种方法清洗合格率及清洗质量。结果:目测法评估结果显示,观察组手术器械清洗合格率为98.00%(245/250),高于对照组的87.20%(218/250),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ATP生物荧光法检测显示观察组手术器械清洗合格率为94.80%(237/250),高于对照组的70.40%(176/250),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组预处理操作、器械性能、操作方便性、消毒灭菌各项清洗质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用75%乙醇及压力蒸汽喷枪对带有特殊污染物骨粘固剂的手术器械进行清洗,能够提升清洗质量,保障器械清洗合格率,可予以推广。Objective:To compare the cleaning effect of two methods on special contaminant bone cement for surgical instruments.Methods:Randomly check 500 surgical instruments with special contaminant bone cement in the disinfection supply center from May 2020 to December 2020,including dressing bowls,periosteal strips,rongeurs,plaster scissors,etc.,and the above surgical instruments were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Each group had 250 cases,with 75%ethanol and pressure steam spray gun cleaning and routine cleaning.At the same time,the cleaning effect of the instruments was evaluated by visual inspection and ATP bioluminescence method,thus the cleaning qualified rate and cleaning quality of the two methods were compared.Results:The results of visual evaluation showed that the qualified rate of surgical instrument cleaning in the observation group was 98.00%(245/250),which was higher than 87.20%(218/250)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);ATP bioluminescence detection showed that the qualified rate of surgical instrument cleaning in the observation group was 94.80%(237/250),which was higher than 70.40%(176/250)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of pretreatment operation,instrument performance,operation convenience,and cleaning quality of dis infection and sterilization were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of 75%ethanol and a pressure steam spray gun to clean surgical instruments with special contaminant bone cement can improve the cleaning quality and ensure the cleaning qualified rate of the instruments,which can be promoted.
