摘 要:研究了甲基丙烯酸(MAA)改性氧化钆(Gd_(2)O_(3))作为天然橡胶(NR)复合材料的新型改性剂,用改性稀土氧化物在不同填料用量下制备了橡胶复合材料。以MAA改性的Gd_(2)O_(3)为RE-C22材料,在不同的填料用量下制备了天然橡胶复合材料。用FTIR、X射线衍射和SEM研究了改性Gd_(2)O_(3)的结构特征。发现有机改性的Gd_(2)O_(3)的粒径在纳米范围内,这有助于增强复合材料的性能。填料的表征表明,它们的尺寸在纳米范围内下降,这反过来又补充了复合材料的优越性能。力学性能随着填料含量的增加而增加。填料用量的增加提高了橡胶复合材料的屏蔽效能。机械和X射线屏蔽性能检查表明,该材料可用作潜在屏蔽材料。Gadolinium oxide(Gd_(2)O_(3))modified by methacrylic acid(MAA)was studied as a new modifier for natural rubber(NR)composite materials.Rubber composite materials were prepared with modified rare earth oxides at different filler contents.Using Gd_(2)O_(3)modified by MAA as RE-C22 material,natural rubber composites were prepared under different filler contents.The structural characteristics of modified Gd_(2)O_(3)were studied by FTIR,X-ray diffraction and SEM.It is found that the particle size of organically modified Gd_(2)O_(3)is in the nano range,which helps to enhance the properties of the composite materials.The characterization of fillers shows that their size decreases in the nano range,which in turn complements the superior properties of the composite materials.The mechanical properties increase with the increase of filler content.The increase of filler content improves the shielding efficiency of rubber composite materials.Mechanical and X-ray shielding performance tests show that the material can be used as a potential shielding material.
